Covered Defects

Warranty Includes

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Component failures under normal operating conditions
  • Capacity degradation below specified retention rates
  • BMS protection or monitoring malfunctions
  • Premature cell failure within rated cycle life

Warranty Excludes

  • Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
  • Operation outside specified parameters
  • Physical damage, abuse, or environmental exposure
  • Normal wear, cosmetic damage, or aging
  • External causes (fire, flood, surge, etc.)
  • Altered or removed serial numbers

Service Terms

Repair or Replacement

Sentorise determines the appropriate remedy for approved claims. Replacement units may be new or refurbished with equivalent specifications and performance.

Shipping Responsibility

  • EU customers: Return shipping covered for approved warranty claims
  • Non-EU customers: Shipping costs evaluated case-by-case
  • Customer responsibility: Secure packaging and outbound shipping to service center

Limitations

  • Warranty is non-transferable to subsequent owners
  • Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period
  • Liability limited to product purchase price
  • No coverage for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Regional consumer protection laws may provide additional rights
